We are responsible for shipping you the items ordered, and providing you with the correct tracking info for your parcel(s). Also, if you would like to expedite your parcel(s), we can ship your parcel(s) for an additional fee via USPS Express. Please note that our suppliers may change the pricing or availability of certain items without notice or beyond our control, and you agree to release us from any acts or omissions by our suppliers. If prices or item specifications change, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel your order for reasons other than a change in price or specifications of the item(s) solely by supplier, you will be responsible for a restocking fee amounting to 20% of the price of your order.
The moment we provide you with the tracking number of your order, you cannot receive a refund in the case of confiscation by a local postal service, your customs authority, or for any other reason. You agree that once we provide you with the tracking number(s) for your parcel(s), you will not initiate a chargeback with your credit card company for any goods which you did not receive or which may be damaged or unsatisfactory to you for any reason upon arrival. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you have purchased insurance, we will work with you to recover any insurance proceeds to which you are entitled subject to the terms of USPS. Apart from the foregoing, if there is a problem with your parcel(s), know that we greatly value your business, and we will make our best effort to help you resolve any concerns you may have.
In addition, our agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, the proper venue for any dispute is Sacramento, California, and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
